Secure Payment Processing

Payments are securely handled via Wix Payments or other PCI-compliant processors. Cosign does not store credit card data.

Refund FAQ

Q: Can I get a refund after purchasing a reading?
A: All purchases are final. Due to the digital nature of our offerings, we do not offer refunds once a reading has been completed and delivered.

Q: What if I enter the wrong birth data?
A: Please double-check all input. If you make an error, contact us within 24 hours and we may be able to reprocess the reading at our discretion.

Q: My download didn’t work—can I get help?

Q: Does Cosign store my readings permanently?
A: No. While you may have temporary access through your account, you are responsible for downloading and saving your purchased readings. We do not guarantee long-term storage.
